We booked our condo through Maui Man this past June and honestly we will book again with him next year! We were super nervous, especially since it was our first trip with our soon to be one year old! Through the wonderful Randy, I arranged for two condos at Kihei Kai Nani for one week this past July. Randy was so helpful in giving us a price that allowed for my sister to have her own condo - she is a special education teacher, and the pricing was perfect for her budget. The condo my husband and I stayed in was clean and well stocked with beach supplies. When we had an issue with the cable and television, Randy was right on top of it and solved the problem with a phone call. I cannot recommend Randy and Tropical Bound highly enough. Randy generously managed to book us a room for four at Kihei Kai Nani very last minute during our stay in Maui back in November. We had a blast! The location was excellent - the beach was across the street (great for sunsets), restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance, and the staff of the resort were very helpful. The condo was clean, sizable, safe, and well-stocked. Randy was always available if we had questions and promptly provided us with tips for the area. We booked with Maui Man as a last minute 25th wedding anniversary trip after our scheduled trip to the Virgin Islands got ruined twice. We couldn't have gotten luckier to find Maui Man condos. The condo had everything we needed and if I had a question Randy was quick to respond. When I thought I was locked out, the owner rushed to the condo. She ended up giving us recommendations for snorkeling and places to eat. Parking was right outside the condo and we loved the resort. I'm already planning our next visit. It's hard to find the kind of customer service we received!
