We booked our condo through Maui Man this past June and honestly we will book again with him next year! We were super nervous, especially since it was our first trip with our soon to be one year old! We just stayed in one of Randy and Sarah's condos in Kihei/Maui and everything was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend renting through them. Everything from completing the rental contract to instructions, directions and check in & the condo itself was absolutely excellent. We just arrived back home to Massachusetts after almost 3 glorious weeks (with our family of six) on the Big Island and Maui!!! Randy and Sarah of Tropical Bound set us up for a truly unforgettable family vacation!!! Randy took time to speak with us by phone, at the time of our booking, and was indescribably kind and accommodating in considering what locations and condos would be ideal for our family’s desires. He truly nailed it! Our condo on BI was so spacious and had everything we could want, and was only steps away from the two gorgeous pools - and the ocean -and close to town of Kona! With this as our “home base”, we explored all over BI. The magical highlight was the night snorkeling with mantas! The highlight of our Maui condo was location! We loved how accessible it was to Kamaole II Beach in Kihei and so many shops. Our kids (ages 10-16) had freedom to explore the area independently with no worries on our part. We saw the Haleakala sunrise, Road to Hāna, and our daughter celebrated her 12th birthday snorkeling at Molokini Crater! We cannot thank Randy and Sarah enough for their spot-on guidance! If we get back to Hawaii, rest assured we will be reaching out to book through them again! They really delivered! ???? We HIGHLY recommend Tropical Bound for anyone who appreciates personalized and exceptional service in finding your vacation lodging in Hawaii!
