We booked with Maui Man as a last minute 25th wedding anniversary trip after our scheduled trip to the Virgin Islands got ruined twice. We couldn't have gotten luckier to find Maui Man condos. The condo had everything we needed and if I had a question Randy was quick to respond. When I thought I was locked out, the owner rushed to the condo. She ended up giving us recommendations for snorkeling and places to eat. Parking was right outside the condo and we loved the resort. I'm already planning our next visit. It's hard to find the kind of customer service we received!

I rented two condos through Randy for myself and my family. I was very specific where I wanted to rent the condos and Randy came through for us! The vacation was perfect, it couldn't have been better! I'll be renting through Randy again!

Everything from completing the rental contract to instructions, directions and check in & the condo itself was absolutely excellent. Hands down the BEST vacation experience we have ever had!!! And we travel a lot! When I first reached out to them, I kinda knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and I was not willing to compromise. I think I told him that I wanted to sleep so close to the water that I would nearly wake up with salt on my face from the water. I wanted to hear the roar of the waves all night. He immediately said I know just the place for you. Boy, did they DELIVER!!!!! We stayed in Ka'anapali at the Mahana, in case you are looking for the same things. This was our first trip to the islands and it could not have been better. Randy and Sarah were always on the ball, quick to respond to my 1001 questions. They were very quick to offer suggestions when I asked and they were honest with their reviews of certain places. We are already planning 2 more trips to Maui and I will only book through Tropical Bound!

We stayed at the Papakea resort. Amazing property , views, location, and amenities. We grilled every day. The unit was missing a few things which the staff was wonderful about getting to us as soon as possible. We would absolutely use tropical bound again.
